END OF TERM 1 CIRCULAR 2026

1.0. Introduction:

Dear Parent/Guardian, We extend warm greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and sincerely thank you for your invaluable support, which enabled us to complete this term successfully.

Today marks the conclusion of Term I, 2026. Students have been sent home with the following documents for your attention:

  • 1. Report card
  • 2. Projects for S.1 and S.2
  • 3. End-of-term-1-circular
  • 4. Fees bill

We kindly request that you review these documents carefully.

2.0. Academics:

Students received comprehensive instruction and completed all assessments and end-of-term examinations. Please direct any academic concerns to the Director of Studies.

  • Laboratory Coats: All science students (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) must have laboratory coats for practical sessions.
  • Candidate Registration: Registration for S.4 and S.6 candidates is ongoing. Parents are urged to complete clearance procedures promptly.
  • S.3 Student Registration: S.3 students are registered on the UNEB system for Continuous Assessment. Please submit P.7 pass slips.
  • Mock Examinations: In Term II, S.4 and S.6 candidates will sit for mock exams (ACEITEKA, UCRETA, LITA, NAGETA, etc.).
  • Remedial Term Programme: S.4, S.5, and S.6 students will undertake a three-week remedial study programme. Full attendance is encouraged.
  • Online Learning Programme: Online lessons will be conducted for S.1, S.2, and S.3 students during the holiday.
  • UCE & UACE Results: The school ranked 150th nationally in UCE results. Best A-level student achieved 18 points.
  • Geography Trip: Next term (19th June 2026), S.1-S.6 Geography students will visit Kasenyi landing site, Nakiwogo ferry, and Entebbe quarry. Fee: UGX 60,000.

3.0. Liturgy:

Spiritual formation activities scheduled for Term Two include:

  • Legion of Mary Curia Meeting (26th July 2026) – UGX 25,000 contribution.
  • National Students’ Pilgrimage to Namugongo (30th May 2026).
  • ACITEKA Sacred Music Festival (27th June 2026).
  • Try Prayer, It Works Awarding Ceremony (13th June 2026).

4.0. Students’ Health:

Health has been satisfactory, with common ailments recorded. Parents are encouraged to provide mosquito nets. Detailed medical info for chronic illnesses is required. Please limit consumption of ‘Gorillos’ and instant noodles. All medication must be submitted to the school nurse.

5.0. Discipline:

Discipline and grooming have improved. Parents are requested to inspect and replace faded or worn-out uniforms.

6.0. School fees:

Fees remain unchanged except for foundation body fees. The school DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH. Use the unique payment code from the Bursar. Instalment system: 1st (40%), 2nd (60%), 3rd (100%).

7.0. Beginning of Term II 2026:

Boarding students: 24th May 2026. Day scholars: 25th May 2026. Reception: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
